4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. Right of Withdrawal: You may revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks, without stating any reasons, by sending an email to info@rottal-terme.de. Once the purchased vouchers have been redeemed, or once the withdrawal period has expired, a reversal of the transaction is no longer possible.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://shop.rottal-terme.de/texts/49999/. If you utilize this online function, we will immediately send you an email acknowledging receipt, containing information regarding the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.


4.2. Consequences of Withdrawal: In the event of a valid withdrawal, the purchased vouchers will be blocked from redemption. The purchase price will be refunded via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
4.3. Any claims arising in connection with the purchase contract must be asserted within one month of the order date.
